How can PicoWay® achieve better clearance with fewer treatments?
Whilst traditional lasers often require over 10 treatments to achieve good clearance, the PicoWay® machine can remove your tattoo more effectively in fewer treatments. Traditional Q-Switched lasers heat the ink in your tattoo breaking it into small ‘pieces’, but the patented PressureWave™ impact from the picosecond laser delivers ultra-short pulses of energy to the skin shattering the ink into tiny particles. These tiny particles are more easily disposed of by your body’s immune system.

What should I expect?
Laser tattoo removal has been described as feeling similar to the actual tattooing process. How many treatments will I require?
The number of treatments needed is dependent on variables such as ink characteristics, size of tattoo, location on body, and lifestyle habits. Treatments typically occur every 6-8 weeks and your treatment practitioner will develop a treatment plan to meet your individual needs. Are there any side effects?
